Plotting a New Series

Posted on April 3, 2019 at 3:10 PM

I'm on a roll. After my health scare yesterday, I awoke to a series whizzing around in my head. Four characters, one location, seven hundred things going on.

I pulled out the trusted plot board and my colourful sticky notes and began to plot according to Mary Buckham's guides. So far, I've plotted out two novels. There are so many notes written in so many places I can't even begin to see the progression of this.

I'm one of those writers who start at the end and work backwards in my novels. I SOMETIMES USE THE SALES method to plot but most times I know what comes in the paragraph before I write The End.

While I use my writing time profitably, I also going to recommend that you head over to Amazon or any other ebook store and grab L.B. Dunbar's  over 40 silver series, beginning with the novel https://www.amazon.com/After-Care-romance-over-40-ebook/dp/B079DNXNJ4/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=L.+B.+Dunbar&qid=1554319216&s=digital-text&sr=1-2" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">After Care.. Believe me, you are going to love this one.
